What are the tax and shipping charges? The shipping of each order is based on the total weight of items. Unfortunately we cannot calculate the shipping charge ahaed of time due to the constantly changing shipping rates for both UPS and FedEx. There is a flat $2 fee for handling and packaging regardless of the order size. The tax is calculated based on the order amount + S&H. For San Antonio, TX tax is 8.25% For Austin and Dallas, TX tax is 8.25% Anywhere else in Texas tax is 7.25% For international and out of Texas orders there is no tax

A restocking fee of 25% may apply*, and is based on inspection of units. →Defective: If your item is defective, you have three options:

*All products returned must be undamaged like new condition with unbroken vacuum and plastic bags seals, 100% complete, and contain all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You CANNOT write the RMA# or any other notes, including name, address or phone number, on the original manufacture's boxes and packaging.
